Why do you make your yoga teacher your friend?
Why do you like them?
Why should they like you? And if they do, why should you think or say nice things about them to other people?
Why would they be interested in listening to you?
My partner asked me why we make our teachers our friends and we decided it was mostly because we want to make sure they like us.
When we started yoga we both were very shy about yoga and we found ourselves quite nervous to ask questions in front of teachers.
We would rather watch a video or read an article to better understand the poses.
When we went to a teacher conference, we could not ask our questions because we were so shy.
We went because we wanted to grow in yoga and had no idea where to start.
By becoming friends with our teacher, we learned where to start
We started by asking questions and watching videos to get comfortable in the class.
We made a strong connection with our teacher and as a result, she was incredibly helpful to us.
We have never seen the teacher have a bad day or be upset with us and we always feel cared for. We also like hanging out with her because she is cool and fun and always there to help.
I could go on and on about the things that we have learned from our teacher.
The reason we want to hang out with our teachers so much is that we feel like we know them.
What does it mean to make a yoga teacher your friend?
The reason this is important is that we think we know our teachers personally and are looking to have a close relationship with them.
We want to know them outside of class. We want to know the things that are happening in their personal life.
We want to hear the stories about their childhood. We want to be their friends.

I hope that by now you have some good friends.
I hope that when you meet a new person, you don’t immediately try to make that person your friend, and I hope that you work at having a solid friendship with your teacher.
I know that this is going to sound silly, but I really like my teacher, I love them, and I feel like we have a good relationship.
It is because I have developed these qualities that I know they like me back.
I feel like a lot of people go into a yoga class and they do not know what to ask.
A lot of people don’t want to look stupid or make the teacher feel bad. I know that this is going to sound shallow, but you need to have good questions to ask.
I did not have very many questions when I started and now I can’t remember the number of times my teacher has helped me in a class.
Here are some great questions to ask:
What does this pose feel like?
This is so important. If you go into a class and you have no idea what the pose feels like, it can be a bit intimidating.
If you can ask your teacher what they feel in the pose, you will be able to adjust the pose and not feel awkward or nervous.
What is the purpose of this pose?
This question is similar to the first question.
If you ask your teacher what the purpose of the pose is, they can help you to better understand the pose.
If you can ask them what the purpose of a certain pose is, you will be able to adjust it to your liking.
What is the purpose of the breath?
This question is more specifically about how the breath relates to the pose.
If you can ask your teacher how the breath relates to the pose, they can help you to breathe properly in that position.
If you can get their help with breathing, they will get more familiar with the poses and they will be able to help you adjust the poses.
What do I do when I feel this way?
This is another great question to ask.
If you can ask your teacher how you can adjust the pose if you feel that you are getting disoriented, they can help you to adjust the pose.
If you can ask your teacher how they handle this, they can also tell you some of the things they do. This is always a great question.
How do you feel about how I am breathing?
Again, this question is on the purpose of the breath.
If you ask your teacher if they feel that you are not breathing properly, they can tell you what to do to help you to breathe correctly.
If you ask them how they feel about the way you are breathing, they can help you to get more used to breathing correctly.
How can I create a safe space for myself in class?
This is another great question. If you can ask your teacher this question, you can be sure that they will create a safe space for you in class.
If they have ever been in your shoes, they will understand the things you need from them.
If they have ever been a student in your class, they will know that what you are experiencing is probably normal.
There are so many things that a teacher can do to help you through a yoga class.
These are just some of the questions I know you can ask.
If you can ask these questions to your teacher, they can help you to be more comfortable in yoga class.
